Living in North America, I do not have easy access to good quality or variety of south asian formal wear with a price tag that justifies the investment. For my wedding ceremony (I kept it low key), All I wanted was a simple, elegant outfit that fits me on the ocassion without the added headache of calculating the final delivery timing including any required alterations and customizations to be ready on time. Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering from a different website that advertised a custom version of a designer outfit, and after waiting for 3 months, the final result was extremely poor quality and did not look anything like what was advertised. I was still uncertain about their quality, customer service or delivery times as it was my first time but I placed the order.
